1. Who this applies to
Peoplio is business-to-business software provided by RADIS Technologies. This policy applies to the organisation that holds the Peoplio subscription (the "customer") and to every payment it makes to us — online through our payment partner (UPI, cards, netbanking) or by bank transfer against an invoice. Employees who use Peoplio through their employer do not pay us and should contact their employer about the service.
2. How billing works
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (for example monthly or annually), as set out in your order form or invoice.
- Each invoice states the period it covers, the amount including applicable taxes (GST), and its due date.
- Paying an invoice keeps your workspace active for the period it covers. Unpaid invoices may lead to restricted access after the due date and a grace period, as described in our Terms of Service.
- We do not charge you automatically: each period is paid against an invoice that your administrator pays.
3. Cancelling your subscription
Your workspace administrator can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep full access until then, no further invoices are raised, and you can export your data during that time as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Unpaid invoices for periods that have already started remain payable.
4. Refunds
Because the service is billed in advance and made available for the whole period, fees for a period that has started are not refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial periods, unused user seats, or early cancellation. We will refund you in these cases:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges — for example, the same invoice paid twice, or an amount charged that differs from the invoice.
- Service failure — where we miss our availability commitment, in the form and amount set out in our Service Level Agreement.
- Where the law requires a refund.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (the same card, UPI account or bank account) and usually reach you within 7–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the account they came from.
6. Requesting a refund or cancellation
Contact us through our contact page with your company name, the invoice number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If a charge on your statement looks wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and apply to billing periods that start after the change. See also our Terms of Service and Service Level Agreement.
