  • MobilePeoplio mobile app on the App Store and Google PlayThe native iOS and Android app is built and in pre-release testing: swipe check-in with GPS geofencing and an offline queue, leave, timesheets, expenses, payslips, company SSO and push notifications.
  • IntegrationsWider coverage for the integrations APIAPI keys and signed webhooks already cover employees, attendance, leave, payroll and performance. Recruitment, onboarding, timesheets, rota, expenses and documents are being added.

  • LearningAssign training by role, with completion remindersEnrol whole roles or departments in a course in one step and send automatic nudges before mandatory training falls overdue.
  • OffboardingExit clearance and final settlement in one screenDepartment-by-department clearance sign-off and full-and-final settlement driven from the exit record, with settlement figures taken from payroll.
  • People opsAsset and equipment trackingIssue laptops, phones and ID cards against an employee record and track their return as part of offboarding.
  • AIAI assistant that takes actionBeyond answering policy questions: apply for leave, raise a helpdesk ticket or pull a report from the chat, always within your own permissions and with a confirmation step.
  • PayrollMore payroll depth for the UK and USDirect HMRC RTI submission for UK payroll, plus progressive state income tax (such as California and New York) and state unemployment insurance for US payroll.
